The above image is an example of a custom designed modular power system by Advanced Energy Group.

After arrival of the components in Chile on pallets, these power units were assembled and pre-deployed at this observatory prior to their being transported above the clouds in the Andes Mountains. The pre-deployment team followed our full-color assembly and deployment instructions and turned on the switches. This particular modular power system provides both 120 VAC 60 Hz and (European) 230 VAC 50 Hz as well as both 12 VDC and 24 VDC to accommodate the various equipment it was designed to power.
