and institutional purchases of small power
systems and separate item purchases. We do not recommend you attempt to acquire
equipment for larger, more complex power systems or critical applications in this online format. For both
complex power systems and applications that require critical reliability of
operation you should consult with us -

section of our web site is equipped with convenient equipment indexing, descriptions,
additional spec-sheets, discounted pricing and secure, encrypted order
processing. It is presented in a straight-forward manner and complies with our
(pardon the expression) "no B.S." policy, the same policy which has
earned us the respect of customers throughout the U.S. and abroad for many years. Every item has passed our 4-point test
of Quality, Performance, Price and Availability. The equipment you receive is...and does exactly what you order. Free ground shipping for orders over $1500 (unless exception noted)
Minimum order $50 Purchase Policy
The item(s) you may select are
among the items we do feel an online purchase is safe and appropriate because
they are factually represented and sufficiently explained on our web site, and we have a
long history of complete customer
satisfaction with the item(s). So we believe this convenience
of purchasing is in your best interest if you wish to use it, but you must satisfy yourself that you
know what you are purchasing. We do not offer "try it before you buy it", as
this risks too casual of a purchase, potential damage to quality equipment and
increases costs of store operations. Your equipment will typically ship within 24 to 48 hours via normal (UPS/Fedex) ground transportation (to all 50 states) unless you request and authorize payment for the additional expense of express air shipping in the
Special Instructions prior to order submission. At this time, online ordering is only available for U.S. customers within the 50 states. Other overseas U.S. territories as well as international
customers should contact us for wire transfer instructions and air
transportation shipping costs.
Refund (Return) Policy

Items are guaranteed to
be factory new and in working order upon delivery and such items are not
returnable for refund. However, should the item(s) not
work or if transportation damage should occur we will at our option deliver new
replacement item(s) or refund the purchase price (including shipping cost) for
that item(s). Otherwise this sale is final. In the event of a "not working" item
or shipping damage, to be entitled to a remedy for either occurrence, customer agrees to
report this information to us within 72 hours of delivery and if necessary cooperate
fully in returning the damaged or
not working item(s) to us if we request it before a replacement or refund
for that item(s) is made. Privacy
Under no circumstances, ever, do we knowingly or willfully share your personal
information or ordering preferences with others. It would take a duly authorized
court order with proper jurisdiction and under our penalty of imprisonment for
us to release any thing about your order. Period.
