Auto Transfer Switches The IOTA ITS-30 and 50R are relay-based automatic transfer switches and the ITS-75C is contactor based . They provide switching between two separate power sources and can be used in conjunction with another ITS transfer switch for additional power sources.Safely connect a generator to your home or office. Safely connect an inverter and an AC generator to the same house wiring. These automatic transfer switches can be used with inverters that don't have built-in transfer switch capability. If the generator is not running, then the inverter is connected to the load wiring. When the generator is started, the load wiring is automatically disconnected from the inverter and connected to the generator. A time delay feature allows the generator to warm up +/- 30 seconds before the transfer takes place. These units permit simple connection of a fueled generator to a home or office panel for safe transfer from/to the main supply. These automatic transfer switches are also useful in RV and Marine installations where both the hot and neutral terminals must be switched. They can be used between an inverter and a generator, between an inverter and shore power, or a generator and shore power. Two transfer switches can be used if switching between all three power sources is desired. Indoor rated housings have conduit or connector knockouts on all
four sides. 30A and 50A units have a plastic housing. ETL listed to UL1008 |

UL listed, 120/240 VAC three-phase, main lug load centers can be used for distribution of AC generator power to bypass an AC inverter output circuit to household loads as a backup. Fully assembled - includes solid neutral, main lugs, mechanical breaker interlock, and type ?QO? circuit breakers. Indoor enclosure and cover. This is the same bypass control as the inverter bypass-switch on Xantrex/Trace Factory Built Power Panels. It contains two 60 amp breakers with a center toggle, so when one breaker is turned ON the other is turned OFF. When wired between your inverter, and either your generator or utility supplied AC input and panel (loads), it allows you to bypass the inverter to power loads directly from your AC input (either generator or utility), either during inverter maintenance or repair or if you want to power some extra loads for short periods. Switch between either two power sources of inverter, utility or a generator. Add two units to switch between three power sources. It's very helpful to be able to power loads
directly from the utility or a generator for short periods, rather than
have the battery/inverter try to meet some short term "extra" loads. You
just temporarily bypass the inverter (and batteries) to run the extra
load(s) directly. |
